I agree with what your dad said, that if its God's will, it will happen. I saw the house yesterday at Grandma's, and I like it, too, but PLEASE for your old auntie's sake double check the foundation of the house inside and out. There's a reason a house that nice is listed at that price. When you walk around the outside, look for traces of mud tunnels going from the ground to the underside of the siding - that means termites. Check for big cracks in the walls and floors, and for signs of water stains on the concrete. Be careful, and if you do move, well, have fun! Luv Ya!
 

Don't torture yourself!. The worst thing we homeowners can do is go around looking at houses that we love to dream about living in. It makes our own houses look so unappealing. You guys have a great house! Build some equity and shoot for upgrading down the road a bit. Unless you are planning to outgrow the house soon (?) Anyway - you said to talk some sense into you!
 

Are you pregnant again? Because every time you move to a new house you're pregnant. My favorite part about your current house is your neighborhood...you can't buy something like that.
